Concession
Concession trailers are the enclosed rigs most operators start with: a serving window, a cook line behind it, and room for two people to work a rush without stepping on each other.
Sizes run from twelve feet, which tows behind a half ton and parks almost anywhere, up to twenty six feet with a full line and a porch. Tell us the county you will operate in and we build to pass inspection there.
