Built to your menu
What a custom build actually means
A custom trailer is not a catalogue trailer with your logo on it. We start with the menu, because the menu decides everything downstream: which equipment goes in, how much power and gas it draws, where the cold storage sits, and how many people can work the line without colliding during a rush.
So the first conversation is about food, not steel. What are you serving, how many tickets at peak, do you prep on board or at a commissary, are you running one person or three. From that we lay out the cook line, then build the trailer around it: 6" main frame, 7'6" interior height, insulated aluminum walls, rubber coin flooring, and a 50-amp 110/240V electrical service as standard on every unit.
Then we build it to pass inspection where you will actually operate. Health and fire requirements are set county by county, so the venthood, sinks, water package and fire suppression are specced to the jurisdiction you name, not to a generic standard. Tell us the county up front and it is designed in rather than retrofitted later.
How it works
From menu to keys
Design around your menu
Tell us what you cook and how the line should flow. We lay out equipment, power, plumbing, and storage to match a real rush.
Numbers and down payment
We quote the build in writing. Custom builds start with a 50% down payment, which is what puts you in the queue and orders your equipment. If you finance, the lender usually asks you for around 20% and funds the balance to us.
We build it
Steel frame, commercial equipment, venthood and fire suppression, sinks and water package. Everything installed to code.
Walkthrough and handoff
You inspect the finished trailer with the people who built it, and we walk you through propane, breakers, water and the hood before it moves. Then it rolls, on your hitch or ours.
Cooking trailer packages
Fully equipped cooking trailers with American-made construction, 6" main frame, 7'6" interior height, insulated aluminum walls, rubber coin flooring, concession window, LED lighting and 110/240V 50-amp service. Every package is a starting point: we build to your menu.

Before you commit
What it takes to start, and how long it takes
Custom builds start with a 50% down payment. That is what reserves your slot in the shop and orders your equipment, which is why it goes to work immediately. Deposits are not refundable. We would rather talk you out of a build you are unsure about than keep your money, so call or text (254) 727-2577 and walk through the numbers with us before you put anything down.
If you finance, the lender usually asks you for around 20% down and funds the balance to us directly. We work with Hill Financial and First American Funding, neither of whom pays us a referral fee. See how financing works. Rent-to-own is available through B&C Capital, LLC, a third-party company, but it caps at $25,000 and rarely covers a full custom build on its own.
Lead time depends on the package and where the shop queue sits, so we quote it per build rather than publishing a number we would have to keep correcting. Call or text for the current window. If you need to be cooking sooner than a custom build allows, the trailers on our lot are built, wired, plumbed and ready to roll now.
