• Two full-size warming cabinets, so you build ahead and hold through a rush instead of cooking every ticket to order
• One-door reach-in refrigerator, a 48 inch two-door worktop freezer and a 28 inch sandwich prep cooler
• 11K Watt Duromax inverter generator included, plus two 100 lb propane tanks in cages and 50 amp 220V service. Power a lot, or power nothing, and the trailer works the same
• A 2 ton mini split with heat and a 15K BTU roof AC, running together
• Upgraded 7,000 lb axles, a 6 inch main frame, a 72 inch triple tube tongue and an RV passenger door at 36 by 80 inches
• 72 inch base cabinet under the serving window, a 48 inch base cabinet, and stainless tables and shelves
• Three-compartment sink with drainboards, a hand sink with splash guard, 40 gallon fresh and 55 gallon waste, exterior access door for water hookup
• GFCI throughout, LED lighting inside and exterior flood lights
• Buckeye fire suppression with chemical tank and emergency pull station, tagged and inspected
