A 20-foot porch trailer designed for pit masters who already own their smoker. Your cooking happens outside on the porch while the insulated box handles storage, prep, and service.

What is in it

• 6 ft porch with half walls, a passenger-side swing door and double swing doors at the rear, sized for a pit and the person working it
• 14 ft insulated box with aluminum walls and ceiling and rubber coin flooring
• Full-size warming cabinet and a two-pan steam table, so brisket comes off the pit and holds at temperature until it is sliced
• One-door reach-in refrigerator
• 72 inch base cabinet under the serving window, plus base cabinets, stainless tables, shelves and prep areas
• Concession window with a lockable awning, screens and a fold-down serving shelf
• Three-compartment sink with drainboards, a hand sink with splash guard, 30 gallon fresh and a 45 gallon waste tank, exterior access door for water hookup
• 2 ton mini split with AC and heat
• 50 amp 220V service with a dedicated 20 amp outlet for each piece of equipment, GFCI throughout, LED lighting inside and exterior flood lights
• Black blackout package on a 6 inch main frame with a 72 inch triple tube tongue
