• 48 inch griddle and a 40 lb deep fryer under a stainless vent hood with grease filters, a grease cup, a stainless fire wall and a hi-speed upblast extractor
• Three-bulb heat lamp over a stainless landing table, so plated food holds instead of sitting
• Full-height reach-in refrigerator plus a 48 inch worktop freezer
• Stainless prep tables with under-shelves down the full length, and wire wall shelving above
• Three-compartment sink with wash, rinse and sanitize signage, a separate hand wash sink with splash guard, 40 gallon fresh with an exterior fill dish, a 6 gallon electric water heater and a 55 gallon waste tank
• 18K BTU mini split with heat, 50 amp 220V service with a dedicated 20 amp outlet for each piece of equipment, LED lighting inside and an exterior flood light over the window
• Two 100 lb propane tanks in a cage on the tongue
• Buckeye fire suppression with chemical tank and emergency pull station, tagged and inspected, plus a Class K extinguisher at the line
• Concession window with a lockable awning, screens and a fold-down serving shelf, with a walk-in door at the rear
• Aluminum insulated walls and ceiling, rubber coin flooring, extended triple tube tongue on a tandem axle
